Changing a booking date

If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the lesson date so that your booking can be rescheduled. Otherwise, your booking is considered as a charged lesson.

If you missed the class:

Unless you gave us before 24 hours notice, the credit cannot be transfered to make a new booking.  If in case the absence was due to the sickness, please present the medical report.  

Membership Information

1. Membership fee is a one-time payment of S$50 (non-refundable and non-transferable).

2.Member’s Benefits: 

-Join any classes in Studio Miu Art and enjoy class fees at special rate.
-Priority given to advanced reservation by all members.
-Introduce a friend to sign up for membership and you will each receive a $10 voucher from Studio Miu Art or L’ESCALIER.

3.Rules and regulations:
- Advanced booking is required in order to join any classes.
- If absent from classes, please sms/email us 24 hours before the start of the class. Otherwise, your class session/ fee can only be credited upon submission of a relevant medical certificate or official letter to our admin staff.
- Safety in the classroom is always our top priority. However, we will not be held responsible in the unlikely event of an accident. 
- We appreciate that students show good attitude and consideration for others.
- We do not allow the use of mobile phone, loud conversations and wastage of art materials in classes.
- Adult accompany is required for bringing and fetching children below 8 years old. Studio Miu Art is not responsible to provide    
supervision before and after the official duration of classes.
- Please be punctual for all classes. Students are advised to arrive/leave at a maximum of 15 minutes before/ after each class. 
- Students may leave their artworks in our studio for drying purpose up to a maximum period of 6 months. Lockers are available for rent for students who wish to keep art tools for the next painting class in our studio. Studio Miu Art does not take any responsibility for any resulting loss or damages.
- Studio Miu Pte Ltd reserves the right, without prior notice, to amend the benefits, rules and regulations as stated above.

FAQ (Children’s Classes)

Q1: How much is the trial class?

The trial class is chargeable at the non-member’s rate. Should you decide to register with us as a member and continue with classes at our studio, we can offset the trial fee and convert it to the first lesson of your package and you can enjoy the discounted fee immediately!

Q2: How long is the validity of my package?

3 months from the date of purchase.

Q3: Can my child do a make-up lesson if he/she cannot attend the class that week?

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if your child will be unable to attend a booked class. He/she is encouraged to attend class at an alternative timeslot within the same week. However, if this is not possible, we will arrange to reschedule your class within 3 months from the date of payment.

Q4: What languages are the classes conducted in?

English, Japanese and Mandarin.

Q5: Are materials included in the class fees?

Yes, all materials are included. You might like to bring along an apron or an old t-shirt for your child.

Q6: How many students are there in each class?

Toddler Art & Fun Art Classes: Maximum of 6 students

Academic Art & Freestyle Classes: Maximum of 8 students

FAQ (Adult’s Classes)

Q1: How much is the trial class?

Q4: Are materials included in the class fees?
Materials are included except for canvas/papers and firing cost for ceramic art class. You may like to bring your own canvas/papers or purchase them at our studio. In addition, you may like to bring along an image that you would like to paint/draw.

Q5: How many students are there in each class?
Maximum of 8 students

Q6: Are all classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! We welcome students with different levels of experience and abilities. Though it is a group class, our teachers will provide you with individual guidance. 

Q7: How far in advance should I book a class?
At least 24 hours in advance as teachers need to prepare the necessary materials for the class. Classes are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient students. (For certain classes, a minimum of 2 students is required to commence the class.)

Q8: Can I change my booking date?
Yes, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to attend your booked class. We will arrange to reschedule your class within 3 months from the date of payment.
